We ask that all clients respect their Nail Artist and other clients
Please stay off your devices while your Artist is working on you
Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service
If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is considered a No Show and is subject to a fee
Cancellation fees are charged for under 24 hours notice *
Late Cancellations fees are the price of service before add-ons

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service before any add-ons.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee equal to the price of your booked service (before add-ons) will apply. Arriving on time helps us stay on schedule and ensures every client gets their full appointment.
